Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce is made from selected soybeans and brewed according to the traditional and natural method. Its rich soy flavour and full-bodied colour will delicately enhance the taste and appearance of various dishes especially the braised and stewed dishes.

Soy Sauce 73% (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Refined Wheat Flour (Maida)), Colours (Caramel I-Plain, Caramel III-Ammonia Process), Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5'-Inosinate, Disodium 5'-Guanylate), Sugar, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate). Contains Soy, Wheat.
