How to make it

  1. Heat refine oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté for a while. Until it’s little golden brown.

  2. Add red chillies and sauté for 2 minutes. And later add onions and sauté till translucent.

  3. Add capsicum and green chillies and sauté for a minute.

  4. Add soya chunks and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for about ten minutes.

  5. Transfer onto a serving plate and serve hot. Garnish with some spring onions
