How to make it

  1. Cut the tofu slices in half. Heat large frying pan the pan over medium high heat and pan-fry the tofu until both sides are golden brown, set aside.

  2. Use the remaining oil to cook the cumin powder and sauce mix, until it is thicken. Return the tofu and coat the sauce evenly on each tofu.

  3. Scatter over the coriander and sesame seed before serving.
