Lee Kum Kee Spicy Black Bean Sauce is a perfect blend of black beans and fully ripened chili. This medium hot aromatic sauce is an excellent choice for stir-frying, dipping and as a sauce for noodles. Simply delicious with seafood, vegetables and other meats.

Salted Chilli Peppers 21% (Chilli Peppers, Salt), Fermented Black Beans 17% (Black Beans, Salt, Water), Soybean Oil, Water, Sugar, Sesame Oil, Fermented Soybean Paste (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Refined Wheat Flour (Maida)), Ginger, Shallots, Salt, Chilli Pepper Powder 2%, Dehydrated Garlic, Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5’-Inosinate, Disodium 5’-Guanylate). Contains Soy, Wheat.
