How to make it

Put oil in a heated pan over a high heat, add the onion and the prawns, then stir-fry until the prawns turn slightly orange.
Add the sauce mix, reduce to medium heat and combine until the prawns are cooked.
Then add the butter, mix until it melts into a thick sauce.
Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle the spring onions to serve.
