What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • Coconut cream 1-2 tbsp
  • Crunchy peanut butter 1 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Rice vinegar 1 tsp
  • 3 clove garlic [finely chopped]
  • Root ginger [finely chopped] 1 tsp

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Light Soy Sauce 1½ tsp

Dressing

  • Dried red chili flakes [to garnish] ½ tsp
  • Unsalted peanuts [toasted and roughly crushed, to garnish] ½ tsp

How to make it

  1. Using a mixer, whizz all the ingredients together except the dried red chili flakes and unsalted peanuts. The mixture should be smooth and emulsified.
     
  2. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more honey and Lee Kum Kee Light Soy Sauce if required.
     
  3. Garnish with chili flakes and unsalted peanuts.
