Pat the wings with absorbent paper until dry. Season the wings with salt and black pepper powder.
Lay the wings in one layer on a baking tray and roast in the hot oven for 10 minutes until the skin is blistered and golden brown.
In the meantime make the marinade by mixing the remaining ingredients together, reserving the spring onion greens for garnish.
Taste and adjust the seasoning with Lee Kum Kee Light Soy Sauce if required.
Remove the wings from the oven and toss in the marinade. Lay in one layer on the baking tray and return to the oven for 6 minutes at 200C. Serve garnished with the reserved spring onion greens and fresh coriander leaves.
