  • 350 g Chicken meat [cut into pieces]
  • 120 g Zucchini [cut into pieces]
  • 120 g Canned peach [drained and cut into pieces]
  • 10 pcs Cherry tomato (es)

Marinade

  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • 1½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Dry Sherry

How to make it

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.

  2. Alternate all ingredients on bamboo skewers.

  3. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Pan-fry or barbecue chicken kebabs over hot charcoal until golden yellow and done. Brush with remaining marinade from time to time.
