Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Flavoured Dark Soy Sauce is made from naturally brewed soy sauce. Its rich soy flavour and full-bodied colour will delicately enhance the taste and appearance of various taste.
Soy Sauce 70% (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat), Colour (Caramel I – Plain), Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5'-Inosinate, Disodium 5'-Guanylate), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate) and Straw Mushroom Extract 0.01% (Water, Salt, Straw Mushrooms). Contains Soy, Wheat.
This package of Mushroom Flavoured Dark Soy Sauce contains added MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR INFANTS BELOW 12 MONTHS AND PREGNANT WOMEN.
